You know what I usually do if I get confused or stress? I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth ( today, I already brushed my teeth 3 times and still counting) or I stand in the kitchen and cook everything that I can cook!
Both of my way of reducing stress are ineffecient because those activities use a lot of resourses and I usually still have my stress afterward. Some people use tobacco (smoking) to relieve stress, I tried that some years ago and I stop after I learn that I won’t be able to pay my upcoming demand of cigarretes. I did not say that brushed teeth or cook everytime I get stress is healtier than smoking (especially if you cook most of the things with a lot of oil and chili), but at least the outcome of those activity will not harm people around me, some time they even get some benefit from it (in my case: fresh mouth or spicy food).
I am not an anti smokers, but yes I will be happy if people do not smoke around me and when the goverment start to ban smoking in public place (some new study even state that smoking ban saves lives). Perhaps if we can motivate people to change their smoking habit to brushing teeth or cooking and sharing food with others, we can save more money and lives!
Lets brush teeth/cook and save the world!

Secondhand smoke, also know as environmental tobacco smoke (ETS), is a mixture of the smoke given off by the burning end of a cigarette, pipe or cigar and the smoke exhaled from the lungs of smokers. It is involuntarily inhaled by nonsmokers, lingers in the air hours after cigarettes have been extinguished and can cause or exacerbate a wide range of adverse health effects in children, including SIDS (Sudden Death Infant Syndrome), cancer, respiratory infections, ear infection and asthma.
Children’s exposure to secondhand smoke in Indonesia may be 43 Million.Around one-third of smokers – million people continue to smoke near children.Smoking by parents is the principal determinant of children’s exposure to secondhand smoke.
